With this program, you can be sure your client’s vacation is fully protected. Any interruption to their retreat will be covered so they won’t lose out. From the toll-free hotline to the included travel protection plan - Insurance is on us. Sandals Resorts will make sure that guests are completely taken care of at the resort at no additional cost. Here is the breakdown of this thorough program.
You can rest assured with every Sandals vacation you book, your clients will be protected throughout their stay. If any interruption occurs during their vacation, guests can receive replacement vacation. In addition, Sandals has guests covered with airfare replacement credit vouchers if booked directly through Unique Travel Corp., these vouchers safeguard your clients’ investment, so they can plan to play for another day.
Sandals also wants to make sure that you and your clients have peace of mind. A Toll-Free Vacation Assurance Hotline is available to answer your questions on country travel protocols, Sandals’ Platinum Protocols of Cleanliness, and anything related to COVID-19.
Sandals is also committed to making your clients’ stay with us as seamless as possible. As a part of the Sandals Vacation Assurance program, the brand is offering complimentary COVID-19 antigen testing for U.S. residents and PCR testing for Canadian residents. As a bonus, all complimentary testing is provided on the resort for your comfort.
Once you book a vacation, Sandals has it completely covered. Guests will receive the Travel Protection Plan - purchased on your behalf! All medical expenses, ground ambulance, and pre-existing conditions are covered within the plan while on-resort.
Guests can also cancel their vacation for any reason. With the Cancellation Protection Benefits, they can receive 100 percent of their refund when the reservation is cancelled 31 days or more prior to check-in day. They can even cancel up to the day of departure and receive a travel certificate for a future trip. Cancellation Protection Benefits are good for new bookings made now until December 31, 2021. If guests decide to change their vacation for another day, they can keep the same rate if booked within 12 months of the original date.
Our industry-leading Platinum Protocols of Cleanliness will continue to ensure safety throughout our resorts. From the moment guests enter the airport lounge* to the moment they leave, Sandals maintains a high cleanliness and safety standard at every stage. Across every point of contact, there will be a hand sanitizing station and physical distancing practices will be encouraged. A temperature check is performed upon arrival and, to maximize safety, guests have the option to check-in online and go straight to their rooms once they arrive.
Sandals also adheres to a triple check cleaning system when sanitizing every room and public area. We always pay attention to the details, so cleaning inspections are performed at least thrice daily, and all restaurants will have a host offering hand sanitizer before entering. Safety also spans to every staff member across all resorts, who perform extra safety measures such as only wearing their uniform to work and always wearing protective gear.
