Eden Roc at Cap Cana, the premier property by Solaya Hotels & Resorts, will open its doors on December 15th to celebrate its official grand opening. Located in the Punta Cana area on the eastern tip of the Dominican Republic, the property encompasses 34 suites and amenities and access to the Punta Espada golf course. The resort's design
celebrates the aesthetics of the 1960s French and Italian Riviera, while being reflective of its Caribbean setting.
"As our anchor property, the opening of Eden Roc at Cap Cana is a significant event for Solaya Hotel & Resorts," explains Paolo Sanavia, CEO of Solaya Hotel & Resorts. "We opened earlier this year with just 12 suites and have received a tremendous response from both the local and international community already. We look forward to 2013 and further expanding the brand throughout the Caribbean."
Suites have private swimming pools and massage/relaxation areas and are equipped with the Bose audio systems and iPads that have innovative apps to control the lighting, sound system, air-conditioning and mini bar. iPads also allow guests to interact with the front desk staff.
Eden Roc at Cap Cana's six dining establishments provide a variety of haute cuisine. The most elegant venue is Mediterraneo, which offers French and Italian cuisine with a view overlooking the lagoon. The most intimate setting is at Gastronomico, which only seats 20 guests, and features unique flavors from around the world.
In addition, the resort has the Solaya Spa, 753 square feet of meeting and event space,and the Koko Kid's Club.
