How to Shoot for the Stars
It's easy, you'll earn points just by registering and when you book The Jewel Dunn's River Beach Resort & Spa, Jewel Runaway Bay Beach & Golf Resort or San Juan Water Beach Club Hotel.

You receive 250 Stars just for registering. 100 Stars for every booked room night through your preferred travel partner. Earn extra stars for every booked room night in The Jewel's Concierge or higher level room category, Jewel Runaway Bay Suite categories or San Juan Water Beach Club Hotel's Infinity Suite or higher room category. Earn even more stars for every booked room night when you book online through Jewel Resorts' or San Juan Water Beach Club Hotel's website, commissionable of course! Work your way up through the categories, from Rising Star, Shooting Star to Shining Star.

To Report Your Bookings
Simply sign into your account at least three days prior to your client's arrival, complete the booking form under the "Enter Bookings" tab to automatically give your clients perks! You can enter bookings at any time to earn stars.

To Track Your Bookings
Sign into your account and click on the "My Account" tab to see which bookings were qualified and how many stars were awarded.

How to Redeem Your Star Rewards
Once you start accumulating stars, the "Redeem Rewards" tab will appear in the upper right side of the screen. To redeem your rewards, simply go to "Redeem Rewards" tab and claim your stars.
