CuisinArt Launches New Restaurants & Golf Course

Following the recent acquisition of its championship golf course, CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa on Anguilla continues to expand luxury offerings with the launch of two new signature restaurants, Italia and Tokyo Bay.

Under the direction of Chef Massimo Telessi of Parma, Italy, Italia offers an inspired menu of classic Italian cuisine, which incorporates fresh herbs and vegetables from the resort's onsite hydroponic farm. Open for lunch and dinner, Italia features a gourmet selection of artisanal pastas, meat dishes and fresh local seafood specialties.  Italia is located on the first floor of CuisinArt Golf Club’s palatial Mediterranean-style clubhouse, whose expansive terrace boasts dramatic views of the course, Caribbean Sea and neighboring islands of St. Maarten and Saba.

Also premiering this month at CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa is Tokyo Bay, the island’s first authentic Japanese restaurant, which will offer an innovative menu of sushi and Teppanyaki specialties created by renowned chef, Ken Lin.  Flaunting jaw-dropping views of the Caribbean Sea and golf course, the contemporary-chic Tokyo Bay also features an elegant private dining room and rooftop lounge.

“From our new 18-hole championship golf course to our two new signature restaurants, these major additions will offer our guests an even more comprehensive luxury experience,” said Stephane Zaharia, general manager for CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa.

Lush with native fauna and a winding salt marsh, the $50 million Greg Norman designed-championship CuisinArt Golf Club is situated on a four-mile stretch of Anguillan beach next to CuisinArt Resort. The prestigious 7,063-yard golf lover’s paradise boasts wide sand pits, dramatic shifts in elevation, and sweeping sea views.
